TLHome, LLC, owner, and experienced, licensed, and insured home inspector. Providing experience and personalized home inspections and services, applying ASHI Standard of Practice and Code of Ethics.
For 35 years, Terry taught secondary Industrial Technology to include: building construction, machine shop, drafting and design, welding, and woodworking.
In addition, Terry has extensive experience in building construction to include houses, cabins, garages, and remodeling.
For 13 years, Terry partnered with Habitat for Humanity and local colleges, he developed, organized, taught, and supervised local students that built thirteen Habitat for Humanity homes. This included the entire construction process from footings to the ridge cap.
